WELLINGTON MEDICAL HISTORY SOCIETY

About the Society

The Society was first established in 1980, as a sub-group of the Wellington Postgraduate Medical Society.
Membership of the Historical Society is currently free of charge.

All are welcome to attend monthly meetings which are held on the first Wednesday of the months February to December, at 7.30pm
in the Small Lecture Theatre, University of Otago, Wellington.
Attendees should assemble in the small seminar room adjacent to the lecture theatre at 7pm for a sherry or juice and a chat.

Offers of presentations for future meetings are always welcome and should be discussed with our convenor, David McHaffie, telephone 06 364 2188.
Presentations are not always of a medical nature but this is the dominant theme.

Anyone interested who is not already on the mailing list should contact
Trevor Williams, phone 04 385 5543, or
David McHaffie, telephone 06 364 2188.
