Strong interest in cardiac radiology. Involved with all but the first cardiac catheter procedure, and remained in charge of cardiac radiology until 1989

Overseas study leave for 5 months in 1962, visiting the Middlesex Hospital in London, and the Phillips plant in Einthoven, Holland
