During WW2, joined the RNZAF as a WAAF, serving in the Meteorological Division
HS / HP, Waikato Hospital 1952
Entered General Practice in Titahi Bay 1953
Visiting Anaesthetist, Wellington Hospital 1/10/1953 – 30/9/1957 (Alf Slater was her mentor)
General Practice in Devonport, Auckland 1964 – 1987
Thereafter worked full-time in large Medical Centres in Sydney and Canberra, until retirement in 2003
