Selected as an All Black but unable to get leave to tour England
First registered as a medical practitioner in NZ 31 Oct 1900
Honorary Physician, Wellington Hospital 1906 – 1908
Honorary Children’s Surgeon, Wellington Hospital 1912 – 1914
Wounded at Gallipoli while RMO Wellington Mounted Rifles
Later CO, 3NZ General Hospital, and ADMS, NZEF.
CBE for military service 1914-1918.
