In 2025 the Otago Medical School celebrated its 150th Anniversary.
New Zealand’s first medical school was established just 6 years after the establishment of Otago University and had a bit of a rocky start encountering staffing and financial issues early on. The talk discussed developments over the years with a focus on early graduates and staff.
