WW2 service with NZMC in the Middle East (1940-43) and in the Pacific (1943-44)
Visiting Physician, Wellington Hospital 1945 – 1975
He played a leading part in the establishment of the RACP, served twice as Chairman of the Dominion Committee of the College, and was appointed President in 1964
Known to all his friends as ‘Tim’
